The Ski paradise of Southern Spain opens soon

The ski resort of Sierra Nevada, with the same name as the mountain range, is located in the south of Spain with Granada as the nearest city. There are around 20 peaks above 3000 m above sea level.
The highest is Mulhacén, 3.482 meters, and is the highest mountain in the Iberian peninsula.
Sierra Nevada is also Europe’s southernmost ski resort, just 27 km from Granada. Located 100km from Motril on the Costa Tropical and 160 km from Malaga on the Costa del Sol.
It is one of the few places in the world where you can ski in the morning and swim in the sea in the afternoon.
